Does exactly what we wanted. We needed a solution to update and check product metrics and prices with Airtable.

Syncs fast, Sync Errors tab gives good reassurance on what goes wrong, but whatever does go wrong, the team is super responsive and helpful!

This team will fight for you to help you get what you need and earn your five star review. For most stores, their one click sync is all you need. I'm likely a more unique shop with hundreds of products, and as I sell footwear, each product has dozens of variants. Since my original review, I've hit some major complications, but again, this is likely because I've got several products and variants.

It's been exhausting to find a tool to help me manage my inventory in Airtable, but SyncBase is a fantastic product built by an excellent team.

Other tools I've tested have clunky onboarding, slow support, or missing key features, but after some work, I'm able to find what I need in a reasonable manner. Their 10 day free trial is more than enough time to get the foundation in place.
