Support parfait : Théau est ultra‑pédagogue, Alex très technique et d’une efficacité redoutable, tous deux ultra‑réactifs (quasi 24/24) et concrets dans leurs explications (SKU, mapping, qualité de données, etc.).

On a de la chance d’avoir une équipe de développeurs en France pour un outil aussi avancé.

En résumé : outil indispensable si vous voulez garder Airtable comme back‑office catalogue et Shopify parfaitement synchronisé. 5/5.

Works perfectly, as long as you are aware of the limitations

SyncBase has been a great solution for our Shopify store. Bulk editing in Shopify often caused issues because multiple users updating products, variants, or collections would overwrite each other's changes. SyncBase has effectively resolved this by syncing with Airtable in real-time, allowing our team to collaborate smoothly without conflicts.

Another helpful feature is SyncBase's handling of metaobjects, simplifying tasks that were previously complicated.

Customer support has been responsive and attentive. They provided clear guidance on connecting Airtable to our store and have incorporated user feedback by adding requested features.

We started using Airtable as our main workflow tool, and as our centralized hub between Shopify, WMS, and marketing tools. The most important piece was having data syncing in real time, and this is where SyncBase really shines. Since the moment we connected, the syncing has been seamless, and any question, issue, or custom needs were handled by Théau swiftly and comprehensively. There hasn't been an actual need to reach out for help much as everything has been working flawlessly out the box. We had a small feature request, and it's already on the product roadmap for this month. It's possible to do this DIY with iPaaS, but we wanted peace of mind, and this is exactly what SyncBase provides with regular updates, maintenance, and support. This gave us the confidence to build out our core needs on Airtable to help streamline and improve on our existing workflows.
