Do not recommend this software. The site duplicates everything and doesn't sync with shopify correctly, makes double the work.
I love this product. I had trial other inventory systems but they took forever to set up, forever to do a production run and almost impossible to reverse something wrong.
Inventora is much more user friendly. Easy to follow and work out. There are regular webinars that you can attend live or see later.
I emailed them the 2 times I got stuck in the sense of how would be the best way of doing something based on my use. They responded swiftly and quickly and gave me the solutions that worked straight away. And I am in the basic plan! This is what I love the most. It doesn’t break the bank (specially for those of us who are really small) and it gives you accurate information.
Take your time setting it up. If you put the things properly at the get go, it will save you issues that could have been easily corrected if the info uploaded at set up was correct.
Love it. Wouldn’t change it for any other one. Easy to use and very intuitive. Staff are very approachable and helpful.
hello, I have reached out to Inventor a have not gotten any response for the help i need.my shopify and inventor are not linking together and have to do it manually. I have sent a email with no response
Hi, we sent you a response 3 days ago!
I believe your shop is not syncing because your primary shop location is a fulfillment service location. We are not able to update stock levels at these locations. Do you use a 3PL or other fulfillment service to handle your shipping and warehousing?
I have been using inventora for 18 months (or so). I want to love it. The interface works with my brain; it's clean and it makes sense to me. BUT it's laggy (both the website and support). There's no clear-cut way to sync between Inventora and Shopify without TONS of duplicating work, and the lagginess means this. takes. forever. For example, I'm still waiting (30 minutes later) for the products I created on Shopify to sync with Inventora. When I reach out for support (please, please please just tell me the correct way to do this), it's days before I get a response.
Perfectly keeps track of my materials automatically as I create products for my business! Love that I'm able to also note which sales orders are wholesale vs retail. The Production area is also a huge game changer. Very simple to use.
I really wanted to like this app but there are so many bugs that it is making it extremely frustrating to use properly. There is absolutely no customer service that will correct or help you fix the problems. If I could give it zero stars I would.
It's great for inventory management, but there are lots of bugs. Attaching it to Shopify meant that I oversell my products during flash sales drops. Overall, very buggy, but I love that it's easier to use than Craftybase. Just wish there weren't so many bugs.
Not good. Offer is a 7 day trial period. There is no trial period. Keeps asking for a credit card to activate. Have to reach them on Slack in order to get support. I do not want to go to yet a whole new platform to get vendor support. Too bad, could be a good thing, but does not function as offered and too hard to engage with this company,
