This was the default app I received by shopify when we first opened our store a few years back. We do not do a large volume of invoices and its pretty rare what we do manual invoices. This app no longer allows us to do that and trying to contact them does not work at all. Something they need to fix asap. Long story short you have many choices now and if you do not produce many invoices I would highly advise move on choose a better supported app!!
We use Invoice Wizard to create our packing slips and invoices. It is more detailed and customisable than the standard Shopify one. The support from the devs is amazing - lightning speed reaction time and always looking to solve our challenges ASAP. The templates are very customisable and can be tailored to our needs perfectly. All in all, a great app and developer team
Great app with excellent customer service!
We had a few minor issues getting everything set up in the beginning, but customer service was lightning fast to help us and was always super nice.
The app has everything a small business needs if you're on the free plan, and upgrading is definitely worth the money to automate workflow with automatic upload to Google Drive, automatic sending of invoices, editing of invoices, and more!
The invoice templates are easily customizable and the entire app interface is simple and straightforward.
I would definitely recommend it to small businesses.

I have found Invoice Wizard very user friendly. They offer professional-looking templates that are easy to use. Support is very responsive. Overall, 10/10.
Excellent functionality, easy to use, and in more than 2.5 years of daily use there has not been a single downtime. The one interaction we have had with the technical support team was great, with response times that seemed more like real-time chat than email exchange.
