Last day of January it stops working I need to send invoices and it's not working. I did already 25 invoices. Program is ok, but it not working anymore. Need ASAP some new program.
This app did not meet our needs; I'll explain why as our situation is somewhat unique. All of our orders are custom and we need to generate invoices when orders are in draft format. This was not possible at the time we purchased the app (perhaps the function will be added in future versions--I recommend doing so). The developer was very responsive to questions and very helpful, which is why I am giving it three stars, but ultimately, it was not the app for us. After a trial period of trying to figure it out and not being able to get it to do what we needed to do, they very kindly refunded our first month's fee and we uninstalled the program.
Incredibly slow loading times, doesn't find my orders. Cannot edit templates due to the page load and hasn't synced any of my orders so I can't even create one from scratch.
Hey there. Sorry to hear you've been having these issues. Loading times might be a bit slow while your store is getting synchronized, but we do show a notification about that during installation.
As for the orders not being found, can you send us an email at support@invoicify.me with the order numbers you were unable to find? Then we can check what the issue is and help you create your invoices.
This app is very useful. I have had a few issues working through it but their support has been good
This was quick & easy to set up, and the team were very uick to help with a small coding edit. Would definitely recommend this.
Easy to setup and works just as advertised! I especially liked the large selection of pre-designed templates.
It's not working. I tried to set it up, but it takes 5 mins to upload each page.. And sometimes not even upload it and after a long waiting it give you an error message.
It looked very good, but I did not receive an email and the app was very slow in using and loading pages.

By default, we do not send out invoice emails for new orders, as you might want to set the application up before it starts sending out anything. :-)
Of course, it is always possible to enable the automatic sending of invoices, so an invoice will be created and sent out for any new orders instantly.
As for the performance issue, our monitoring does not show any recent loading issue, perhaps there was an issue with your connection?

Just checked our monitoring and everything is working normally. The first synchronization might take some time, as explained during the setup. What exactly are you having issues with?
This is a wonderful app that creates a beautiful invoice for my customer to enclose with their product. They always respond quickly and are very helpful.
This app is awesome for sending invoices to customer, also user friendly. Looks professional. Had a minor issue - support were very helpful & friendly.

Really good app and great support available. No issues syncing with orders and so many good templates to choose from. Louise has been very responsive to any enquiries I had and response time was really quick.
Great app and great support! Looks really smart and professional, is painless to install and tweak - plus great support if you need to do anything more complicated. Definitely recommended. Have used it for a few years on an existing site - very reliable indeed.
Great app for invoice. Editing the invoice template is a little bit of a challenge for non IT people like me but having said that, When I need help from support they were fast and diligent answering and editing my template. I recommend this app.
Great app to use. Helpdesk responds quickly in case of problems. We have been using it for over a year now and it works fine.

Invoicify is great. You set up the template and you never have to worry about invoicing again.
Even better is the customer support: Louis dedicated a lot of time to help me get my intricate template right.

Great App, simple and easy to use. Perfect time saver. Best of all, you can get each invoice sent to any email address, which includes dropbox so you can back-up and store your invoices.
