Do NOT engage with this company under any circumstances. If you care about your business, your customers, or your reputation, steer clear. The sheer lack of professionalism is staggering.

I placed an order on 29th March, and by 8th April, there was no progress whatsoever. Not a single update. After repeatedly chasing their so‑called support team — and waiting absurd lengths of time for even the most basic reply — I was finally told my order would be processed in three more days. Processed, not shipped. Meaning the actual delivery timeline is anyone’s guess.

This is not just poor service — it is unacceptable, unreliable, and deeply damaging for any business relying on timely fulfilment. The staff show zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero interest in their customers.

I’ve now requested a cancellation and a full refund, though based on their behaviour so far, I’m not holding out much hope.

This experience has been frankly appalling and serves as a clear warning: avoid this company if you value your business.

Overall, the service is okay and support does respond. However, the limitation of 100 products for a dropshipping business is absolutely not understandable. In dropshipping, a wider product selection usually means more opportunities for sales, since customers benefit from having more choice. This restriction does not make sense from a business perspective.
