Hello. I've been using the app for almost 2 years now (since May 2024). It works really well. There's a few clunky things in the admin that are not super user-friendly that I'd personally change, but nothing major. A good solid app and good value for money. Its really helped me over the years. I am here for 2 reasons:
1. I put in a support ticket several months ago (and got NO RESPONSE) requesting some way to translate/modify the Application Statuses (Application Received, Closer Selection, Suitabe, Rejected). These are pretty ineffective for our process and we have to "pretent" they mean something else other than what they actually say. I really need some help woth this. My business is growing and it is now impossible to manage the applicants with just these statuses. Can someone get back to me please?!
2. I was double-charged in my Janaury 2026 Shopify bill: $9.98 instead of $4.99. Please advise. Thanks!

First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review — we truly appreciate it.
We actually couldn’t find a support ticket from you, otherwise we would have been very happy to look into this together directly.
Regarding the board: our app is primarily designed as a simple and lightweight job board. The status columns were originally added as a small bonus feature — before that, there was only a basic application list. With the board, applicants can easily be moved via drag & drop into simple status columns like Application Received, Closer Selection, Suitable, or Rejected, which already covers most common use cases.
Since the majority of our merchants continue to work with the list view, the board feature is currently used less frequently. For that reason, we haven’t expanded it further so far. That said, we’ve added your suggestion to our feature request list. If we see more demand for it, we’ll absolutely consider prioritizing it in the future. At the moment, however, the development effort wouldn’t be proportional to the current usage.
Regarding the concern about a double charge:
We don’t believe you were charged twice. If you check the invoice carefully, you’ll see that each charge refers to a specific billing cycle and timeframe. Especially around the turn of the year, billing dates can shift by one day. This can make it look like there are two charges close together (for example in December and January), but they actually cover different billing periods.

Exactly what I needed and at a reasonable, simple price. No hoops to jump through. Easy to set up. Wish it had a few more fonts!
Never tried any other apps for the job posting for my firm when I first take a look at this application. I received support in less than 10 minutes of my email. Hopefully this app will stay longer in Shopify app store and on my website too.

We almost ended up paying a small fortune for another application similar to this and are thrilled to have discovered this. There are zero limitations unlike others; plus it's free. It works very well; only some minor issues with regards to checkboxes (unable to set text colour). Still very happy to have found this and we'll continue using it. Thank you.
