Judge.me Email Marketing

I actually left Judge.me early on in my business and was very sorry I did. I've tried several other businesses for both reviews and emails and have circled back. I've found Judge.me to be the easiest to use, very effective, and just overall a sigh of relief and great experience.

Noah was very helpful went me through all the settings and set up, very detailed explaination. This 5 start is for her.

But I really wish custom domain could be supported in the free plan due to our business is currently so small. Currently I am using Messaging which provides it for free.

I find it very difficult nagivating my way around a computer - with what I would consider complex operations.
Shiny was great in being patient and talking me through the steps. My calls have over run and that is not an issue - the follow up from work after the call is excellent.
To think that Klaviyo - provided no real support in assisting me with campaigns and building my e mail lists. It was mostly tutorials to watch !
I certainly would highly recommend Judge me e mail - a far superior product - each time after the call it it has empowered me and helps my confidence and I genuinely feel it will become a powerful marketing tool going forward for my brand.
All down to the features that judge me e mail offers and excellent support I received and feel will receive going forward - in particular from Shiny.

I am not real great at writing emails but the support have been very helpful in getting me up and running. They explain things to me so I understand, sometimes 2 or 3 times. ( sorry support) They will get you there!! A beautiful newsletter or email is your end result with this app.

Making the switch from another email platform to Judge.Me was probably one of my best ideas this year! The swap was easy, I love all the info I need is easily accessible and quick to read through. Also reached out with a question about spam/bounced emails and Mohamed was awesome, answered my question right away in a way I could understand. Judge.Me is rad + I'm really glad I switched over from an unnecessarily expensive email platform!

For now, it's fulfilled our needs with easy customizations. We love the custom html blocks in email templates. Way more simple and cost-effective than Mailchimp for our needs.

As a B2B store, it would help immensely if we could disable the popup for specific pages. Our store is set up so only approved customers have access to order, everyone else can only see certain pages. I don't want non-approved customers to be able to sign up. For now, it's managed by not utilizing the popup and only allowing email sign up at checkout, as well as filtering out customers who don't have our customer tag.

If they keep rolling out improvements, we'll be loyal customers!

Switched from Klaviyo, because I already used Judge.me reviews and I had good experiences. For what I need Judge.me has everything I need. Even more important is the very straightforward support you get here, even on the free plan! I had an issue with my popup not showing and Martin solved the issue for me.

I was able to beta test Judge Me Email and received individual attention from their staff who were all amazing and helpful. I am a small business and they provided focused individual attention to my questions and needs. The back in stock notifications were a improvement from the service I had been using. Thank you!

So far this has been a good experience. I was using Klaviyo for years and spending way too much for features I would never use. This is simple and easy to use and the support has been incredible helping me get set up! I highly recommend!
