We’ve just started using Jump, and so far the experience has been fantastic. Luiggi has been incredibly supportive — quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely helpful. Just getting started with the JUMP software and had a call with Luiggi. He was very helpful in helping me understand the software and the features. It was clear to see he and his team are very knowledgeable with affiliate programs and they are available to support store owners when needed. There is also helpful tutorial video's inside the app and blog posts on their website as well that have helped with my understanding. I'm looking forward to getting going and feel confident I will have the support if/when needed.
