Full customizability of the widget itself is limited, but the support from Deividas was excellent in resolving this manually (although you should be able to personalise it properly without the support)

He went above and beyond by writing the custom CSS code for me and adding it directly to my theme settings to ensure it worked perfectly with my design.

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.
