I have been using Kite for over a year and i am really happy with kite.
Kite is very easy to use and their customer support is amazing.
I had an issue with the placement of the widget and they answered their chat within seconds and got the fix. All fixed and it took under 5 minutes.

I love this app! It's super simple to use and you can easily customise the widgets. Even better - today we ran into a settings issue with a promotion that had already gone live. I jumped online with customer support and they got straight back to me. They guided me through the set up so it was working. We recently ran into an issue where a free gift campaign had stopped triggering automatically. Janet from their support team was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem right away. The gift product had gone out of sync after an inventory change, and she had us fixed in minutes with a simple re-add of the product. She also explained what had happened and what to watch for in the future, which was genuinely helpful.
