Kite: Discount & Free Gift

This is hands down the best app I’ve ever used on Shopify! Any type of discount or promotional strategy you can think of, this app can handle it effortlessly. What’s even better is its compatibility with other apps—I’ve never encountered any issues where discount codes stop working due to conflicts with other installed apps. I’ve been searching for an app like this for two years, and finally found Kite. Absolutely deserving of a 5-star review!

This app offers a variety of discount features and was just what we were looking for free gifts! Their support is very responsive with setting up custom discounts and was able to custom tweak the widgets to look exactly how we want them. 10/10 product and experience, would recommend!

Very good application! So far, it has helped me a lot and is easy to set up. Something that deserves recognition is their incredible support – they always respond quickly via chat!

Amazing app, Lots of options and possibilities available.
You can fully customize the look to fit your brand.
They are also very fast when you run in to any problems. For example i encounterd a minor error on christmas eve and Adi helpt me figureing this out through chat and even screen sharing. She was officialy off duty and was still willing to help me should there be a mayor problems poping up during the holidays.

The support is great. They are always happy to help and make changes when possible to fit your situation.

This has been able to make up for many of the things that Shopify can't do for us. And the customer service is TOP NOTCH. They are very helpful and it makes a BIG difference.

Adi and the rest of the team have always been very responsive and quick to make adjustments to accommodate our theme's unique requirements. A+ customer service and a great functioning app. Does what it says it will do, which is more than 90% of the apps on this platform can claim.

I have tried a few other discount and free gift apps and this one is the most well-designed/user-friendly. Plus, having free shipping rules based on shipping type was a must-have for us and I was happy to see they included that option. Previously, we had to use a separate stand-alone app to make that work.

In regards to support, when I encountered a compatibility issue with another app we use, Adi was incredibly helpful and responsive. While it was determined it wasn't something on Skai Lama's end, I still appreciate how much they looked into it to try to find a solution.

Customer support was super helpful. The app is already making good sales for us.
