Charged me today $21 for a subscription even though their site clearly states I wouldn't be until 1000 sales!
The explanation by Konigle below is incorrect because I took a screenshot (which I’m willing to share) when I signed up last time that specifically says I wouldn’t be charged until 1000 sales are reached! II had to re-download the app 4 times, because it is buggy! So the claim that that’s s “new” subscription term, is simply BS! Look elsewhere for app which customer service actually stands behind their promises!
This is Jatin, the CEO here at Konigle, I saw your chat with our Support and sent you an email too. Just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to explain what happened here.
We have had a free plan up to 1000$ for some time, but we saw a lot of folks abusing it and decided to discontinue it. Anyone who did not uninstall the app was on the old plan, while those who did and reinstalled would have to be charged by the new plan.
But while we rolled out this change, we may have left the copy of the old plan on the authorisation page by mistake, and this is what you may have seen.
And since, you reached out like a few other folks who had been installing and uninstalling the app multiple times, our team responded as above.
Your charge has been refunded and I apologise for the confusion.

Really easy and user friendly app to change prices of all or set of products. They've all the fitler you need to apply price changes to selected products.
Amazing support and some good people. The app needs to be in the number 1 spot for helping with price drops, sale, and manage discounts. Very quick and good support team.
Quick way to edit prices, great for stores with big number of items. In our case we could not run promotions effectively w/o this app.

I sincerely love it! It is the most intuitive tool and very well thought out since it has a filter that considers SKUs, variants, and more. I updated the price of over 3000 products with more than 10 variants each, in less than 10 minutes. Also, as a new store, I really appreciate that they wait until you make $1000 to charge you. It definitely helps scale our business without having to worry about massive initial costs. Very recommended.
This app saves a ton of time on all things pricing, markdowns, inventory and receiving and has a lot of features that I haven't seen on any other similar apps. I do think the app needs a bit of work on the interface design and language to improve the user experience.
I started using this app for the Lock prices feature and due to glitches in price changing. The best feature by far, The support staff is super helpful talked me through all the steps , and so many other features on this app, very pleased and so happy with this app.
I got to know about this app because I needed to bulk edit the pricing in my store. Was able to do this effectively and support was very responsive and helpful. So I would highly recommend this app to everyone who needs it!
