I have been a fan of the team at Konigle for a long time. This app has been fantastic for both my Shopify and Shopee accounts. This app does so much more than pricing. Advanced markdown features along with stock management and competitor tracking are just a few of the many features! For around $9 per month, EVERY small, medium and large business should be running this app. As a larger business, this will optimize your team members and ensure they are maximizing their time. It will ensure they can manage many 3rd party platform sales via smart integrations and become immediate experts of your brand and products in the market with world-leading competitor analysis both real-time and historic! The app is very useful, back to stock feature is amazing. The bulk price editor works very well. Customer Service is good, answered all my questions quickly. I recommended this app.

Charged me today $21 for a subscription even though their site clearly states I wouldn't be until 1000 sales!
The explanation by Konigle below is incorrect because I took a screenshot (which I’m willing to share) when I signed up last time that specifically says I wouldn’t be charged until 1000 sales are reached! II had to re-download the app 4 times, because it is buggy! So the claim that that’s s “new” subscription term, is simply BS! Look elsewhere for app which customer service actually stands behind their promises!
This is Jatin, the CEO here at Konigle, I saw your chat with our Support and sent you an email too. Just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to explain what happened here.
We have had a free plan up to 1000$ for some time, but we saw a lot of folks abusing it and decided to discontinue it. Anyone who did not uninstall the app was on the old plan, while those who did and reinstalled would have to be charged by the new plan.
But while we rolled out this change, we may have left the copy of the old plan on the authorisation page by mistake, and this is what you may have seen.
And since, you reached out like a few other folks who had been installing and uninstalling the app multiple times, our team responded as above.
Your charge has been refunded and I apologise for the confusion.
This app saves a ton of time on all things pricing, markdowns, inventory and receiving and has a lot of features that I haven't seen on any other similar apps. I do think the app needs a bit of work on the interface design and language to improve the user experience.
Quick way to edit prices, great for stores with big number of items. In our case we could not run promotions effectively w/o this app.
I really like this app, it offers a lot of great options. Everything we need and more. Saves time, effort, and money

Just leaning into it and enjoying it so far, Wen has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL in the setup and implementation of many of the features that I need and has been supporting me for nearly 12 hours in just my first day. I have high hopes for this app and I see good things coming from it!!!
Update: It takes a learning curve and in the beginning it will be a little frustrating but Wen has been with me every step of the way (I think she works 24 hours a day, she is always available) and after days and days and guidance and non-stop perseverance, her and the developers have shown me that this app is a must have for a store my size. It has amazing maintenance and integration capabilities and has literally saved me and my team weeks of work. A must have app that shows more than alot of promise once you get to know it well.
