We have been using this service since it launched. I have personally spoken with Nick and helped them make important updates that would help many many businesses. They have made amazing progress since launch and I have had very little hiccups making it work exactly how I need it to work. Customer service responds quickly and is very helpful. This app has exceeded my expectations and I am glad to be away from all the others.

The addition of Kooee Reviews has been a game changer for our ecommerce store. The social proof gained through clearly presented customer reviews has lead to increased conversions which has been fantastic. The customer service team has also be prompt to reply to any questions which is a big tick in my book.
