Krafted is an incredible app. Builds my product pages in a few mins. It truly stands out against all of the AI store builders for the impressive product pages it's able to generate that feel premium & branded. Highly recommend.
I previously tried the atlas app but this app is just way better with the attention to detail like the copy actually sounds like the AI did research on the product. Atlas just throws a bunch of copy that sounds good. Glad i found this app tbh
This app is a scam, do not install it. At first, it worked, but then it suddenly stopped. I contacted support, and one of the representatives didn’t even know how to help me. They attempted to resolve the issue, but the problem persisted. I cancelled the app twice, but the billing cycle is still running, and I've been double-charged. so if you see this app in youtube dont install this

Regarding billing — all charges are handled directly by Shopify, not us. If an app is not uninstalled before the free trial ends, Shopify automatically bills for the cycle, even if the app is later removed. This is a Shopify-wide policy and applies to all apps on the App Store.
That said, we acknowledge that you experienced technical issues and that our support team did not resolve everything to your satisfaction — and that’s on us.
We’ve already reached out privately to personally resolve this, including fixing any remaining issues and ensuring you’re taken care of. We’re more than happy to make this right.

I added this Ai software as I am absolutely clueless when it comes to designing and using IT.
So far I have been really pleased with the results and we are still in the process of dotting the I's and crossing the T's so to speak.
Only time will tell if it helps converting my views into sales.
I literally clicked a couple buttons and this designed my store entirely from the home page to the product page. Literally everything. Insane quality. I'm actually amazed with this app. Tried other apps but nothing tops krafted so far.

I've never built a store let alone a proper product page. I see youtube videos all the time that teach this stuff but idk couldn't wrap my head around it. This is sooooo sick man. Made me the product and home page in 2 mins. I only had to adjust a couple small things. Saved me so much time lol

I needed help with the app and reached out to the support team, but no one ever replied to me.
To make matters worse, I was overcharged and couldn't get any assistance regarding the issue.
Very disappointing experience overall.
Disappointed in Krafted. Made crappy stores that were not accurate to my products. I cancelled my subscription before the trial ended, and was still billed. There is no link to contact customer service to deal with this, so I say it’s garbage service.
Great app, easy to navigate and the customer support is great.
Hi, I accidentally subscribed to Krafted AI Starter Plan and got charged ₹2672. I am a student and didn’t intend to use this app. I haven’t used it at all. Please consider a full refund as a one-time exception.

I've used most AI store builder apps and gotta say, krafted is yet the best app I've used by far for this purpose
App is just pasting fixed store templates, bad mobile CRO (non-existent), cutting out parts in pictures while cropping them, not quite up to the standard market app for the time being, might have to work on it a lot more

To clarify, Krafted does not paste fixed templates. Each store is dynamically generated based on product data, niche logic, color systems, and section rules — however, we agree that in earlier versions some layouts could feel too rigid, especially on mobile.
You’re absolutely right to call out mobile CRO and image cropping. Those are areas we’ve been actively improving, including responsive section logic and smarter image framing to prevent cutoffs.
