I've tried Interakt (decent but missing key features), then Aisensy (worst customer support ever - they just send video links and expect you to solve everything yourself).
Finally switched to GokWik Engage and I'm completely satisfied!

Very bad service experience. Their charges are much higher compared to other WhatsApp API providers, claiming to offer “premium support,” but in reality, there’s no proper assistance. Every time you reach out, they just say “email the team” — and even then, no proper solution is provided. No call support, no timely response, and overall very poor service quality. Not recommended at all.
