We were looking for an app which lets our customers make changes to placed orders and decided to try LEO. Was very easy to set up and customize per our requirements and user have started using it successfully already, so all good!
Very solid and well-thought-out app
LEO Order Editing is a really smart solution for letting customers edit their orders after checkout, without creating extra support work for merchants.
The setup is straightforward, no-code, and the level of control is reassuring: you can clearly define what customers are allowed to edit, within which timeframe, and keep full visibility on changes thanks to order tags and tracking. The upsell option during order edits is also a nice touch to increase order value in a non-intrusive way.
What we especially appreciate is the balance between customer autonomy and merchant control, as well as the multi-language support, which makes it relevant for international stores.
On top of that, the developer is responsive and open to discussion, which is always a strong positive signal. A great app to reduce friction, save support time, and improve the post-purchase experience.
