If you’re looking for a partner you can truly grow with, Listing Mirror is it. Though a smaller company, they’re backed by an exceptional team and a strong vision for the future. We’ve worked with several major channel integration platforms including ChannelAdvisor, SureDone, and SellerCloud and Listing Mirror has been the best partner by far. Their customer service and development teams are second to none, making them the best in the industry to work with.
Customer service is excellent with this company. I always receive a thoughtful and helpful response in less than 24 hours...commonly within just a few hours. They give a lot of support when we first started with this app to ensure that we felt comfortable and had all of our questions asked. Couldn't ask for more.
Seamless experience with Fantastic Customer service/Quick response when help is needed
Building out products, tracking orders and inventory across platforms, coordinating shipping, etc. is hard but working with ListingMirror makes the heavy lifting easier. I've been a ListingMirror customer for over four years and I can honestly say that I'm still figuring out ways this application can make my days run a little more smoothly. If you're running catalogs across two or more platforms and still trying to do individual updates and keep everything in sync, do yourself a favor and check out ListingMirror.
A specific call-out to the support crew at ListingMirror. The techs have proven again and again to be the best I've had the pleasure of working with. Absolutely second-to-none.
Software looked good, setup easy. Tried it and it said we couldn't move to an actual account without doing an interview. Had a day off from vendor meetings wanted to get the system up and running for tests. They set an interview for 2 days later. why? wanted to see if we qualified for a demo?! so even if we did the meeting we could qualify for demo but maybe not get the account access. total process just to get account live with qualifying interviews then demo could be easily 2 weeks. our IT guy shook his head and said no way. We are now running Cart.com. setup in 1 day, setup meeting was same day. live in under 4 hours.
Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the setup process caused frustration, and we take this kind of input seriously.
Since your review, we’ve updated our onboarding process to be much more self-guided. New users can now get started and set themselves up without needing to schedule an initial call. Our goal is to make getting started with Listing Mirror as quick and seamless as possible, while still providing support when needed.
We’re always working to improve, and your comments played a role in helping us get there. We wish you continued success with your multichannel operations, and if you ever reconsider, we’d be happy to help you get started with ease.
— The Listing Mirror Team
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with the Wayfair integration setup.
You're right that the Wayfair onboarding process takes significantly longer than our other integrations. Unfortunately, Wayfair's partner approval and API access procedures require extended timelines that are outside of our control. Based on this feedback and similar
experiences, we're now setting clearer expectations upfront: customers should plan for approximately 30 days to complete Wayfair setup.
For context, our Amazon, eBay, and Walmart integrations can typically be connected and operational the same day.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are committed to better communicating these timelines so future customers can plan accordingly. If there's anything we can do to help improve your experience going forward, please reach out to our support team
directly.
