Excellent customer service!!! Extremely knowledgeable and solution orientated. We had some hiccups with changing prices between shopify and the other marketplaces. But Chloe was spot on in helping us find the right settings. Love the experience so far!!

We tried several different sync systems to connect shopify with etsy (and others soon!).
Litcommerce worked the best, mainly because the customer service is stellar. The team there have been so helpful in explaining how things work, pointing out issues and generally being around to make things work smoothly.

Had an issue that I needed to contact support over, and Jessica managed to solve our issue within minutes. Since eBay stopped their own support, we've struggled to find a decent replacement, but Litcommerce has made selling on eBay much easier than other apps.
Easy to use app to sync our inventory between eBay and Shopify. Excellent customer service, responsive and helpful.

I am not good with technology and I was completely overwhelmed ready to give up when I started this but after contacting customer service it was so much easier! There was no wait, they were very patient and kind and completely walked me through the whole process of getting my items listed from start to finish best customer service experience by far!
