LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

So far I am very satisfied with this app. The integration works very well, even in my case, in which I am connected to two different shops working with different currencies.
Support has been very helpful every time I needed.

The LitCommerce support team is really what bumps this app up to 5 stars. We had numerous issues uploading products to Amazon due to many of our products not originally being formatted in Amazon-friendly ways, but the LC team was ALWAYS very helpful, friendly, and prompt, even when it was very late hours for them.

Great service, definitely recommend it! Very user-friendly, with chat support which is very convenient.

README - I previously tried just about every app for syncing to other sales channels. They all are inherently quirky and have a learning curve, and take a while to setup, and in the end have some major limitations that you have to deal with or work around.

LitCommerce has a few things that are being worked out, but this app DOES WORK, and it works very well. Support is fantastic (thanks Hanah) and this makes up for any shortcomings of the app, and I would almost guarantee (based on their support) that they also take feature requests seriously.

Price - A+ compared to other similar programs
Support - A++ (despite the time difference, but you will wake up with an answer if you are in the US)
Features - B

No negatives, its pretty easy to get working once you understand the templates and recipes AND the limitations of the APIs that they are working with, so sometimes its NOT the app, but the sales channel.

Give it a shot, its probably just what you need if you are reading this.

With the Shopify -> ebay integration falling away on 31/12/2022, I was looking around for another solution. I was interested to see that LitCommerce had an integration to Etsy as well which solved a more immediate problem. My units of measure on both platforms differed for quilting fabric - I sell in Fat Quarters 1 = 25cm on Etsy and 1 = 1 cm on Shopify. I contracted LitCommerce to do some custom integration for these products to keep my inventory in sync and then to import orders into Shopify as the correct UOM. It has been a long process - the platform is a little buggy - BUT - and this is the reason I gave 5 STARS - the support is fantastic. Yes, they may not be in my timezone (Australia), but I can leave a message for Ember in the chat and as soon as she starts - it is addressed and more importantly she is in constant contact with updates.
I will let things settle down and then start the process to integrate with eBay by the end of the year.
If you have patience, are prepared to test, want a low cost solution - this is the integration for you.

I recently started working with LitCommerce using Multichannel Syncs.

It is very easy to get stuck trying to do it on its own as I have experienced that.

Lit Commerce App and customer service is off the hook. You don't feel you are left alone to wonder in E-com jungle.
The staff walks you holding your hand to complete tasks and I very much appreciate that for any non-techie.

This app works as intended. I was able to push all of my Etsy products to my Shopify store and it was very easy. Much easier than some other methods I have tried in the past. Customer Support is also awesome and helped me immediately with the couple of questions I did have. At this point I would recommend LitCommerce if you want to integrate Etsy and Shopify. I haven't explored other sales channels yet.

Litcommerce has helped simplify adding, syncing and linking our shopify inventory to our ebay store. Any issues have been user error or quickly resolved by the support team.

DO NOT HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT THIS APP, IT WORKS but just like any new app/technology it takes some understanding and learning. If you are having trouble with anything JUST ASK. Support team has been great and helped every step of the way!

Hanah from the customer support team is great, she hung on for a 20+ minute chat to walk me through my first set of questions... I'm still testing out the app, seems like it has a lot more functionality than my previous solution so it will take me a while to figure it all out!

This is a really simple user friendly app to use. I have moved to this one instead of Inkfrog as it wasn't working well.
I have had a few queries and I always get a really qiuck response from their customer service, so 5 stars for customer service.
I use it for Ebay and also to send products to Amazon at the moment. The only thing that has proved tricky is when I have a product on Amazon that is a variant in my store but not on Amazon - it means I have to use another app to link them up and to access my orders. I will look at adding Etsy in time but will need to use another app for Amazon at the moment unfortunately.
