The LiveChannel CX Connector Shopify app, developed by Goodwell Technologies, Inc., is used by approved Costco Next Suppliers on their Costco Next Shopify storefront. The app facilitates the transfer of customers from Costco sites (Costco Next and Costco) and warehouses to CX Suppliers, and uploads completed orders and fulfillment information back to LiveChannel / Costco Next to support Costco warehouse returns, commission billing and customer service.
