I uninstalled the app and sent a direct message ststing that i would not be using the app and I have still been charged. I will be taking this up with shopify for a refund

Thank you for your feedback - we're sorry to hear this caused frustration, and we want to explain what happened.
Your subscription was activated on January 27, and Shopify operates on fixed 30-day billing cycles. When a new billing period begins, Shopify automatically processes the charge for that full cycle. The charge you saw on March 26 was for the cycle that had already started on March 5 - two days before the app was uninstalled on March 7. This is how Shopify's billing system works for all apps on their platform, and unfortunately it's not something we as developers control.
