War erst skeptisch weil die meisten Chatbots echt nerven und nur Standard-FAQs ausspucken. Die KI hier berät die Kunden aber wirklich individuell und schlägt die passenden Sachen vor. Fühlt sich echt nicht wie ein starrer Roboter an. Conversion läuft gut an seit dem Live-Gang. Daumen hoch..

Really good app for shopify. Love that the AI shows actual product cards right inside the chat window with photos, prices and everything. Customers can just see it and click once to add it to their cart.Cut down our daily support tickets massively since day one. No issues so far.
