Logistified is an outstanding solution for all of your purchasing & forecasting needs. We have used several solutions over the past 5 years & this app is leading the way by far.
The value for your money is incredible. We have used apps for 10 times the price of Logistified & they offer far less value.
The customer service is like no other we have experienced with software / apps. No query is too small, & the reaction time is incredibly fast.

When I learned that Shopify was sunsetting their Stocky app I was concerned. It worked well for my small wine shop, where creating and receiving purchase orders is our lifeblood. As I searched for an alternative I found some that were expensive and way more complicated than I needed and others that fell short. Then I came across Logistified and it was just right. Even before I committed to the app I experienced outstanding, human, customer service. Now that I am using the app my questions are answered quickly and expertly.
I am at the beginning of my Logistified onboarding but each day I discover new, useful things it can do. And their willingness to add new features based on suggestions has been awesome.

Switching to Logistified from Cin7 has been one of the best decisions I've made for the business. It far exceeds Cin7 both in what it can actually do and in the level of support behind it. The team is genuinely 10/10, fast, helpful, and they clearly care. And the new MCP connector for Claude is next level. Being able to manage POs and inventory through Claude has completely changed how I work. If you're weighing this up against the bigger names or smaller, this is the one. Highly recommend.
This app saved my life! Literally, I used to spend sooo much time manually collating products, and because it was manual things would be forgotten. I also tried Ultimate Purchase Orders but it was very limited with what it could do. Nicola and the team have been exceptional and have even developed additional features that I needed for my business. Now so much of my stock processes are automated and my team can manage stock receiving and management without me - it's been a gamechanger! I highly recommend this app for anyone that needs clever stock and logistics management for their business.
Logistied is on another level when it comes to having everything organized in one single app. The integration between POs, inventory management, landed costs, forecasting, reports, and RMA handling makes daily operations much smoother and easier to manage.
The forecasting tools are amazing, the reports are detailed and easy to understand, and the overall system helps save a lot of time compared to managing multiple platforms or spreadsheets. It’s been a huge improvement for our workflow and operational visibility.
On top of that, their customer support is awesome, very fast, responsive, and always willing to help. You can really tell they care about their customers and are continuously improving the platform. Highly recommended for any wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce business looking to scale operations more efficiently.

Over the years, we have used three different apps, each for about a year. Every one of them had its own strengths and weaknesses, but none truly met all our expectations.
Recently, we switched to Logistified, and it finally feels like we have found a hidden gem. The system works smoothly, is reliable, and makes our daily operations much easier.
We would also like to highlight the excellent customer support, especially Nicola, who has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication has been clear, friendly, and professional from the very beginning.

We’ve had an exceptional experience working with Logistified—specifically with Nicola.
We were transitioning from Stocky, and even though we knew it wasn’t the best fit for us, there’s always some hesitation when trying something new. Nicola completely eliminated that uncertainty.
He’s taken the time to meet with us multiple times, has always been prompt, generous with his time, and incredibly responsive. What really stood out was how quickly he implemented features we needed—it genuinely felt like we were being heard and supported at every step.
We’ve been blown away by both the product and the level of service. Highly recommend.
If you are a Shopify refugee like me look no further, I wish I had found Logisitified sooner as it does every thing we need, wanted, and has us thinking about doing even more with the app's capabilities.

The team behind Logistified has been phenomenal to work with. The app offers powerful forecasting capabilities and a level of flexibility that’s refreshing, especially since many native Shopify features can feel quite limiting. Our team uses Logistified to support our forecasting and overall inventory management.
In full transparency, we’ve had a few complexities due to the way our business operates that didn’t perfectly align with the initial setup in Logistified. However, the team has been fantastic throughout the process—taking the time to understand our needs, implementing several of our suggested improvements, and adding others to their public task list so we can easily track progress and see when updates are being worked on. Some of our asks were purely a misunderstanding on our part and the team at Logistified was excellent to help explain how their solution does in fact solve our problems.
Overall, we’ve been very happy with the product and the customer support behind it. Need more apps and developers like this!!
Great app and great support!
Awesome functions and is a complete logistics tool not just forecasting. Compared to other apps where you just get a forecast without knowing whats going on under the hood this is a ferrari vs a lada at similar cost.
