Logistified Inventory Planning

We recently migrated from Magento to Shopify, and finding the right tools to fill the gaps left by that move was a top priority. After evaluating a long list of alternatives, we landed on Logistified, and it's been a fantastic decision. The other options we looked at were either missing important features, or were expensive and included features we didn't need, while still falling short in key areas. But Logistified checked virtually every box we had.

The feature set is genuinely impressive. It goes well beyond being just a Stocky replacement, it's a full-featured solution for purchasing, receiving, and inventory management that fills gaps Shopify's native tools simply don't cover. Little touches like being able to design and print your own custom barcode and shelf tags show how much thought the developers put into real day-to-day warehouse workflows, not just the basics.

On top of all that, the support team has been outstanding. Every question we've had has been met with fast, knowledgeable responses. Between the depth of features and the quality of support, Logistified has quickly become the most valuable apps in our Shopify stack. Highly recommend it to any merchant looking to level up their inventory operations.

Logistified is a powerful platform that does a better job than Stocky at creating forecasts and auto-sending POs.

We have been extremely impressed with Logistified! The platform has been a great addition to the way we manage our inventory and purchasing, and the ability to integrate it with ChatGPT has taken it to another level. Being able to analyze our inventory, sales history, suppliers, purchase orders, and purchasing needs through ChatGPT has been incredibly helpful and has made the decision-making process much easier.

Their support team has also been wonderful to work with. They have been responsive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist whenever we have had questions.

We are still discovering everything Logistified can do, but so far we are very happy with it. The ChatGPT integration in particular has been amazing and has a tremendous amount of potential for our business. We highly recommend Logistified to anyone looking for a better way to manage inventory and purchasing.

I've been using this app for about a month or two. For someone with no background in logistics, this app has a steep learning curve because it basically seems to be able to do just about anything related to inventory.

However, I'm very impressed with the customer support. Every time I have a question, Nicola has answered my question, fixed a bug, or implemented a new feature just for my purpose alone. I use over 15 Shopify apps, but the support on this one is simply among my top 3. Highly recommended.

Switching to Logistified from Cin7 has been one of the best decisions I've made for the business. It far exceeds Cin7 both in what it can actually do and in the level of support behind it. The team is genuinely 10/10, fast, helpful, and they clearly care. And the new MCP connector for Claude is next level. Being able to manage POs and inventory through Claude has completely changed how I work. If you're weighing this up against the bigger names or smaller, this is the one. Highly recommend.
