We started using Loop Voice on one of our Shopify stores to improve abandoned cart and checkout recovery, and it has become part of our regular recovery stack. The app automatically calls customers who abandon checkout, which captures attention in a way email and SMS usually don’t.

Email and SMS are crowded channels. Voice cuts through that noise, and abandoned checkout is exactly the point where attention matters most. If the calls are capturing attention and driving customers back to complete their purchase, then the channel is doing what the others often cannot.

We put a lot of effort into making the Shopify integration work without touching checkout logic or rebuilding flows. Recovery should layer on top of what already works, not force merchants to restructure their store. The fact that you were live quickly confirms that approach is holding up in real use.

Reporting matters just as much as recovery. If you cannot clearly see recovered revenue and impact on conversion rate, the tool becomes guesswork. We are glad the reporting gives you confidence in the actual business impact.

Very nice app, installing is not as easy, you need a phone number which in our case took more than a week, but after that it actually calls and convinces the customer to finish their cart. Hope they can make more use cases

Once the number is live, the system doing what it is supposed to do is the most important part. Calling customers, sounding natural, and actually convincing them to complete their purchase is the core of LoopVoice.ai. If that part works, then the foundation is solid.
