Official GARAN label and EU guarantee notice in a Shopify store

Show the EU legal guarantee notice and GARAN durability labels required from 27 September 2026.

Since 27 September 2026, EU shops must show the harmonised legal guarantee notice, often called the EU warranty label, plus the GARAN label for products with a producer durability guarantee of more than two years. The app shows both with the official Commission artwork, unaltered, in all 24 EU languages: on the product page, in the cart and in the order confirmation email. Enter duration, brand and model per product or via CSV. Works with all Online Store 2.0 themes. Not legal advice.

I tried 7 (!) EU Guarantee apps for yet another regulation. I didn't like how majority of them pushed their intrusive branding onto your store, how they stick the whole poster directly under the buy button, which is deadly for conversion, how their marketing was dishonest, but you only find out after installing the app and so on.

This here has no reviews, so I will be the first one to support this dev. The app is what you see is what you get. It's really easy to set up, you are being guided along the way, the app even helps you check your set up. It looks very decent on the store. The marketing is honest, you get exactly as promised on this page. I placed the EU guarantee notice directly above the buy button and it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. I'm still experimenting where to put it exactly, but with this app YOU CAN. I wish I could upload a screenshot of how my product page looks with the notice, but Shopify App Store won't let me, so you'll have to trust me on this one. It looks decent, the app is decent, just go for it. Your nervous system will thank you!

Thank you so much for your review. It really means a lot to us and we're glad the setup check was helpful.

If you'd like to experiment with the placement, you can easily move the notice to a different position in the theme editor and choose from five display styles in the block settings.

We're always working to improve the app, so if you have any suggestions, ideas or feedback, we'd love to hear from you at support@lowlandslabs.nl.
