M2E Multichannel Connect

We used M2e many years ago with a Magento web store and they were fantastic.. but then moved to a system that had it's own market places setup so said good bye to our favourite partner... Years go by and we decided to change to shopify mid 2025 and of course needed a App to help with the market place connections and to our excitement we found M2E again :).. and yes there are some free apps and also some more expensive ones out there, the move back was never in question.. It's just such a pleasure to work with the Team at M2E again and connecting everything up was a breeze.. as we have started to learn the system and the way things are managed any questions have been answered and the system features are updated at a fantastic rate to improve things even more.. It will take a bit of learning but help is always available.. If you want to work with a company who listens to what you need and can help in that pursuit of more sales, then look no further.

Anastasia was great to work with. She kept me updated and continued to monitor things to make sure everything was running smoothly after the change. She as very informative and took care of everything we needed to complete this change.

SO FAR I cant get products to synce from Shopify to WALMART. I reached out to M2E and have not heard back from them

l’App M2E Multichannel Connect è davvero utilissima per automatizzare la gestione dei vari marketplace. La utilizzo quotidianamente tra Shopify e Temu, e presto anche su TikTok, per l’elaborazione dei prodotti e degli ordini.

L’assistenza è molto preparata, sempre disponibile e pronta a intervenire per qualsiasi necessità.

Anfangs muss man sich etwas an die App gewöhnen, aber sobald alles eingerichtet ist, funktioniert sie einwandfrei.
Ich habe den Support mehrmals kontaktiert und stets sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten – mir wurde jedes Mal zuverlässig weitergeholfen.

This app works perfectly and does exactly what it promises. It helped improve my store management and saved me a lot of time. The interface is user-friendly and the support team is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great support team and also very fast development of improvements! We only use it for order and shipping sync for Temu marketplaces. The sync of orders worked perfectly since the beginning. With shippings there were issues as our fulfillment provider did not provide the value for shipping carrier. The app developer however managed to quickly implement a change so that this issue was fixed and since then I have much less manual work - thank you .)

Great help and support from Kate and the team during our initial setup. The dev team have also been really supportive of exploring new features when we suggest improvements or some additional functionality.
The user interface is easy to setup and manage, and data sync is frequent and accurate.

We're a large retailer and have operated on ebay and amazon for years with different technology partners, M2E is by far the best we have worked with for functionality, reliability and support. The features of the app would suit both small and larger retailers, the user interface is easy to understand and work with whether making small changes or managing larger inventories in bulk. With M2E you can drive your business forward optimising listings, theres not much you cant do, but if you find something their support team is willing to help you through it.
