Madgic Order Limits Quantity

I installed the app in May 2025, and it worked fine until they modified the free plan. All the rules I had set up stopped working, and if I wanted them reinstated, I had to pay to keep my store running. It's really scammy to offer free features and then take them away - it's called a bait and switch.

Very useful app that is easy to install, straightforward to use and works exactly as advertised. The developer (Madgic) is also very responsive to suggestions for future app enhancements. Highly recommended!

I reached out to Madgic Order Limits Quantity support with questions around multi-currency behavior, as our future store operates with multiple currencies. I received a response very quickly after submitting the request.

Ryan reviewed our setup in detail and clearly explained how currency conversion works within the Madgic app. He confirmed that for min/max order value rules, the amounts must be configured in the store’s default currency. For example, to enforce a €150 limit, we needed to convert the amount and set the rule as £129 GBP, which worked exactly as expected.

He also confirmed that the rule would correctly prevent customers from placing orders once the limit is reached — exactly what we needed. Great support, clear explanations, and the app works for multi-currency stores.

We needed a solution for minimum orders and Madgic Order Limit was perfect for our requirements. The app is easy to navigate and Ryan with the support team was super helpful and responsive when we had questions about options. Love this app and would recommend to Shopify users looking for a way to build custom checkout rules.
