We know how long it takes to manually look up orders on multiple stores, so we’ve made it easier! Magic Order Lookup allows you to have all your stores linked in one place allowing you to navigate through all your orders faster.

How else does it save your time? Magic Order Lookup generates your sales data for each store right in the app. Select your date range and in one simple click, your sales data URL will be ready!

How It Works: Once you download Magic Order Lookup you will be prompted to choose your website as a Main Store or Link Store. Once you choose the website that is your Main Store, all other stores that you want to link should be selected as a Link Store. In the Main Store backend, you will be provided with these options:

Order Search:

1. You can search by Date, Customer Name, Transaction ID, Order ID, Fulfilment Status, Payment Status, Credit Card Number, Tags, Status, Risk Level, and Chargeback Status
2. The search results will be returned as a link and it can be opened in another window for the merchant to copy and paste into a spreadsheet. Formatting will be done automatically.
3. The results you generate will contain Store Name, Order ID, Transaction Date, Tracking Number, and the Order Page URL.

Sales Report:

1. You can search by Date or Date Range. You can also group the results by day or by month.
2. The report you get will contain: Store Name, Date, Gross Sales Amount, Discount Amount, Return Amount, Net Sales, Shipping Fee, Tax, Total Sales, and Order Counts
3. The search result will be returned as a link and it can be opened in another window for the merchant to copy and paste into a spreadsheet. Formatting will be done automatically.
