I had issues with their product as soon as I added it to my cart on my store. I reached out to their support multiple times and even requested a refund, but no one responded. Honestly, it feels no different than a scam.

Everything about this app and this company is out of this world
Terrible experience. Slow communication, and they make constant promises they can't keep without following up with constant back and forth. They charge more for their soaps than what their app advertises, and when I inquired I received no response. In addition the quality of the packaging is laughable the package art made to their specifications runs on top of other font. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this product, and Shopify should be ashamed to have them on this platform.
So far so good, trying to figure out how to get a logo added. Having just a tad problem with shopify accepting the app.

Happy we built an app you like! Honestly ... free samples would mean we have to ship very (tiny) product which we aren't thrilled about. For a few dollars we think it's better if you get the entire soap bar with the custom packaging on the sample! It's bigger + replicates the exact product your customers receive! Magic Organic Soaps is amazing. The personal support is top notch helping me when I need it. Friendly courteous helpful and patient. I created a logo for the soap boxes, had issues uploading it. In a short time span, issues solved and my logo is now uploaded and looks fantastic. I look forward to receiving my samples with my logo. How amazing is that?
