Webkul: Sync Marketing Cloud

Great customer support with straight forward and less ambiguous assistance. Greatly appreciated. Looking forward for next features on the app.

Their support team was quick to fix some issues that we had. The app itself could provide a bit more functionality, but I'm sure this can be done at request. Our data has been successfully posting to our Marketing Cloud and look forward to continue using this app.

Excellent customer support from Aishwarya. We had an issue with setting the App, Aishwarya has been very accomodating. She even called us to help us configure the app. The app has been very helpful. One wish though, we wish the app could do background syncing.

App was simple to setup and sync to marketing cloud. Even with minor data sync'ing issues, the team is very responsive in helpful in fixing any problems. I spoke with Aishwarya who was very attentive and helpful.

Poor experience so far. Bought the app over a week ago and have been trying to integrate Shopify and Salesforce since. No luck. The support people have not been supportive either. Waste of time really.

This app does exactly what it's intended to do, and the customer service was great. There was a huge time-zone difference but their customer service stayed up to help me solve my issues.

Customer support is amazing for this app. Abandon cart was not syncing correctly and their support fixed it in 2 minutes. Great app - everything is pushed into SFMC easily!
