User friendly app and great support when you need it. I wanted to use this app to copy new lines from my Shopify store to my Etsy but only wanted to select the newer lines from the collection. AMAZING SUPPORT. I cannot say the same for Amazon. While Amazon scratched their heads for basic things on their end Marketplace Support answered the questions about amazon systems and made changes on this end to override the amazon issues. Wow. Very thankful to use this app.

The support team is excellent—Adrian, in particular, was very helpful in quickly resolving issues. Live chat support is fast, with almost no waiting time, which is a huge plus. The team is professional and responsive, making the process much smoother.

There are some areas for improvement, such as reducing the long wait times for Etsy listings pages to open and adding more options to the bulk edit tool. However, despite these minor drawbacks, Marketplace Connect is a solid choice for sellers looking to streamline their inventory and listings across multiple platforms.
