Leider gibt es Probleme bei der Anbindung der Zahlungsmethoden. Obwohl die Daten korrekt sind, werden Zahlungen teilweise nicht ausgeführt. Das hat mich bereits einige Bestellungen und damit Kunden gekostet. Bitte dringend verbessern – ansonsten ist die App vom Konzept her eigentlich stark.
Die App funktioniert einwandfrei, ist einfach gestaltet und man hat alles was man braucht, das Produktportfolio wird stetig ausgebaut! Bald auch für die USA!
Marketprint ist DIE perfekte Allroundlösung mit qualitativ sehr hochwertigen Produkten, schneller Lieferzeit und einem sehr guten Kundenservice...Was mir persönlich sehr gut gefällt ist die einfache Handhabung mit der App an sich und dem super lockeren aber trotzdem professionellem Team.
Es gibt aber leider einen Stern Abzug, da vereinzelt Lieferverzögerungen auftreten. (teilweise 2-3 Wochen)
Mir wurde der Grund dafür auf Nachfrage bereits erklärt, ist soweit auch verständlich und logisch.
Dieser negative Punkt bezieht sich auf weniger als 1% der Lieferungen...wenn dies in Zukunft behoben wird, gibt es auch die vollen 5 Sterne!
Trotzdem als ein klares, kurzes Fazit: In meinem Unternehmen nicht mehr wegzudenken und im D/A/CH PoD Bereich die klare Nummer 1.
