Hannah has been a great partner to work with. Great communication and execution, and was able to source products that other suppliers could not. Also, the only supplier I found with a local US warehouse for supplements due to regulations.
My experience with this company was mixed.
On the fulfillment side, the situation was very poor. There were lost orders, long delays, and some shipments took up to 45 days to arrive. This naturally led to refunds, customer complaints, and constant operational stress. In my case, the financial loss went beyond just the product cost.
That said, I want to be fair,communication with my agent, Lucky, was consistently good. She was responsive, supportive, and clearly did her best to resolve issues. I’m sure it was a stressful period on her side as well.
The company did refund all lost or problematic orders, which I appreciate. However, the indirect losses (time, refunds, customer trust) were still significant.
In the end, if you decide to work with them, I strongly recommend closely monitoring your orders, especially in the beginning. If you stay on top of things, they will take care of you.

To provide some context for anyone reading this review, many of the affected orders were shipped through JS Express, an economy shipping route we were using at the time. While it offered a lower shipping cost, its delivery speed and delivery consistency during that period did not meet the standard either our client or we expected.
More importantly, we recognize that carrier performance is ultimately still our responsibility. We should have identified the situation earlier and moved the affected orders to a more stable shipping solution sooner.
We also appreciate the recognition of Lucky’s support throughout the process. Our team refunded the lost and problematic orders, but we fully understand that refunds alone cannot compensate for the time, customer complaints, and operational pressure caused by delayed deliveries.
Since then, we have placed much greater emphasis on delivery stability, route performance monitoring, and choosing shipping solutions based on each client’s priorities rather than simply selecting the lowest-cost option.

I have had a great experience working with Maxdropshipping. I have had Hannah as my agent and she has been awesome; fast response times, able to source a large variate of products, and super helpful with the technical side of my account.
Honestly, this app has made our fulfillment so much easier. We were a bit worried about the setup at first, but it turned out to be way simpler than expected and works great with our Shopify store. Orders just get handled quickly and we haven't run into any issues.
But I really have to mention Hannah from their support team. She was so helpful and patient with all my questions (and I had a lot of them). She didn't rush me at all and made sure everything was set up properly before we wrapped up. You can tell she actually cares about helping you out, which doesn't happen a lot these days.
Definitely recommend giving this app a try if you're looking for something reliable. Thanks again, Hannah!
Hannah is an amazing agent, anytime I need anything done she does it right away, any time theres even the smallest concern she clears everything up. She's saved me alot of time and stress from fulfillment. Since day one she been devoted to making sure everything was perfect with my business. Absolutely fantastic! I used to use AliExpress (with DSers) to fulfill every order and it was OK, but not anywhere near as good as max dropshipping.
There are 3 things that I would say are significantly better.
The first one is contact. If there was an error with where something got delivered my last supplier would not care at all. And thats if I could even get in contact with them.
The second one is the shipping time. Every order is shipped out FAST. They (unlike literally every other supplier I try) actually get the product shipped to the customer on time (in under 2 weeks).
The third one is the product price. They were able to source my product for about 30% cheaper than Aliexpress. It may not sound like much, but let me tell you it adds up.
I could go on with way more reasons why this supplier is awesome, but I don’t want to bore you. Also, I think you get the point. Max dropshipping is great and you would be very smart to use them.

My Agent is Hannah and she is wonderful to work with, very responsive and when i need a new product sourced at a great price she gets it done!
I started using Max Dropshipping a little while ago and they are unlike any other dropshipping company. you have your own personal agent that helps you out with all your orders and sourcing the right products for your store and brand.
If you want to scale your store i really believe you need a company like this to get be successful .
I have been working with Lucky for a month now and so far it have been smooth.
We recently faced a critical supply issue that could have left us without inventory for weeks, putting our operations at risk. It was a same day urgency problem. She quickly solved the situation which anyone who is experienced in this business knows that fulfilling issues could escalate into something really bad.
It is really a night and day if you come from CJ or Zendrop to a more one on one and proactive supplier.
I highly recommend Lucky to anyone seeking a reliable and proactive supplier.
