We installed this app because we needed a bundle builder which we could integrate directly on our product pages. Furthermore, we had a specific need which was not natively present in the app. I had reached out to their support team via chat and they scheduled a call with me where I walked through our requirements. I sell a lot of bundles in person, but I wanted to find a way to utilize this deal for my online store. After some looking, found MBC Bundle, which allows me to! Figured most of it out by myself, but I did use their live chat help and I was so relieved to be talking to a real person and not a bot. Excited to have the option to set up other bundles as well.

She took the time to inspect the code, wrote out the custom CSS we needed, and guided us exactly where to place it inside the app. The fix was smooth, painless, and exactly what we needed. Installed and set up my first builder, then the app proceeded to 502 bad gateway error. Uninstalled and now can't even reinstall the app without this error.

This is the only app I could find after MUCH hunting that offered the simple bundle option of a discount on any two or more products bundled together, no other app seemed to allow bundling different SKUs instead of a multi buy of the same thing (or had very expensive plans).

Once I played around with how to set it up it was very easy to use, and the customer service was amazing and very responsive with feedback and formatting updates for a better layout on mobile and desktop view. Very happy!

Now this is what we were looking for! This gives our customers a great way to choose which items they'd like in their bundles and gives us a really easy way to manage all of it. We needed an app that could allow customers to create their own bundle from our products and this does exactly that. Allows you to offer discounts and lets the customer add multiple products from your store to create a custom bundle order. Perfect!
