Nice idea, unfortunately app doesn't work as marketed.

Absolutely no support from app developer. They just don't reply to emails, contacted using the official contact form and many other approaches. Reached out to shopify support team to try and get resolutions also.

1) We started off on the 25,000 product plan, imported products by bulk import files. There is no error log to show success or failure of import. Documentation says there is an email, there isn't, and the log is not shown in UI either. You just upload and hope. Around half the products in file got added. Even when they exist in TecDoc and match part number in sheet. Verified by searching in the UI. No reason for failures.

2) We upgraded to 250,000 items, to add all parts we require, paying 399USD a month. App suddenly stops importing items altogether. We are now into second billing cycle without a functioning app. No reply from developer at all. No reason why its stopped importing. Contacted shopify and not due to variant limit etc. Issue lies with app. So thats 2x400 usd for an app we cant use.

3) Part finder stops working, contacted developer loads of times no reply about that either.

Pretty much given up now with two months wasted and 800USD gone. And will have to build our own direct integration with TecDoc ourselves.
