I have been using Meety since it was founded and published. The app is self-explanatory, but you can get a bit confused with many services and employees. However, the app also offers a very good solution for this, so that even complicated bookings and solutions can be offered step by step. The service is there for you and responds very quickly and confidently to any questions you may have. i really like using this app and it helps me a lot to adapt my store to the needs of my customers.

I've been using Meety since April 2024.

Setting up the app and my services was pain free, as was linking through to the products in my Shopify shop.

Yes there've been a few teething problems, some app issues early on, some of my causing and some of not understanding the app settings 100% (mainly to do with daylight saving and calendars), but support has always been able to help me and make it work.

This app makes bookings for my services so much easier than having an external to Shopify app. The bookings go straight into my calendar and the clients (and me) get reminders prior to the bookings.

Meety saves me time in my business as appointment booking is made easy.

Meetys team really does help out instantly. It feels that they are trying to solve the problems for customers benefit. It is quite new app, so everything is not working perfectly, but they do work hard to make Meety better every day. Thank you! We've been using Meety for a Month now and adding services all the time. I'll write a new (hopefully a five star review) when we've reached the full potential with the app.

The app is perfect for appointment booking. Just would like to suggest one thing that could be very usefull which is to integrate with Whatsapp so the appointment notifications can be also send to clients Whatsapp apart from the existing email notifications.

I'm enjoying this app so far. The developing team is super responsive and helpful!! Customer service is superb :)
It has many features that other don't like being able to have customers add multiple services to a cart, view the cart, and check-out altogether. Deposit works good. Looking forward to upcoming updates!

This App is super good! I been used this app by half year and because have new project update, some new features and needs is not support, but i contact with the support team, their just super-fast to respond and solve my question and needs, very helpful and i will share this app and my experience with my friends and partners.
