Me Rewards | Universal Loyalty

Set-up was fast and inventory synced as advertised. We had never thought of using a loyalty program to attract new customers to our brand, but it works! I made a few suggestions to improve their app and they actually made the changes the next day. Great support team!

It's a pretty straight forward setup once you install. Most is automatically synced from our store so didn't really have to do that much. We had a few questions on how rewards work and how to set up the offers, and they walked us through everything fairly quickly. They even helped us plan out the marketing of our program, which probably saved us a week or so of research time. Thanks guys!

Wow, that was easy. Never thought we could offer an interesting rewards program as we are a small brand and I had no experience setting one up, but was like less than an hour and we were basically ready to launch. The team was very helpful walking me through how to setup, strategize and even helped me setup a marketing campaign. Highly recommend installing the app and then taking their offer to help setup, saved me some time for sure!
