Mercuri has a user-friendly interface, reliable support and seamless integration with Shopify & the WhatsApp Commerce. One can easily sync their Shopify catalog and start selling products on WhatsApp.
Many of the main-stream WhatsApp service providers do not provide requisite support, that was one of the main reasons for us to switch to Mercuri.

Product is simple, intuitive interface, and the Shopify integration works flawlessly. Syncing existing Shopify segments and automations is smooth, making it one of the strongest Shopify integrations available.
