We’ve used Metorik with both WooCommerce and now Shopify, and it’s one of the most useful tools in our reporting stack. The dashboards make it much easier to understand sales trends, customer behavior, and overall business performance compared to native platform reports. The team is also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommend!

We've been using Metorik for close to 7-8 years (since WooCommerce). We are now using it for all of our Shopify stores as well to get all the insights we need across our 8 stores. Support is great and the data is accurate.
Connecting Metorik to Meta/TikTok/Google Ads is a game changer to better understand your CM on a daily basis.

Metorik was an amazing tool on WooCommerce to help see sales across multiple stores. We've moved to Shopify and the support team were excellent in helping me understand how we should migrate and in getting everything set up again on Shopify. Definitely recommend this tool for getting a better insight into sales. I'm sure I don't use all the features (having seen others on another review here), but even just for high level stats, it's awesome.

This app has been essential for us to fully understand how our e-commerce site is performing. The level of detail you can look at for customer sales is really useful (sales per product type, where a customer is based, customer life time value etc.)
We have several reports that automatically generate each month helping us with sales analysis, bookkeeping, and generating flows in Klaviyo. As a business owner, I use it everyday to keep myself fully informed and I highly recommend it.
Plus, the customer service has always been excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the response time is fast.
