The app is very intuitive and works well out of the box. We experienced some issues with the display on our session replays but the Mida team was able to help right away. They are super quick to respond and more than willing to help.
The reason for 4 stars is that because we're a high traffic site, so the number of sessions for their packages is a bit limiting/can get very expensive. I wish you could sort and filter out certain sessions based on criteria.
App does everything it is supposed to. Comes with a free plan that covers your needs until sales really start to come through. On top of that, support is very helpful and answers quickly. Definitely recommend MIDA to other business owners.
Very intuitive and easy to use. I love that they offer a free version as my company is still growing but the reports are so useful. Customer support is also great.
