Great app and great customer support! I was able to successfully migrate my data from Wix to Shopify. We had a massive store migration (64,000 SKUs!) from a rather unique hosting platform, so ours was a special case—but the support from the team, especially Lamiya who was handling our project, was truly exceptional.
The app itself is fully capable of handling regular store migrations smoothly—ours just required extra support due to the sheer volume and the complexity of our previous setup. Even though my replies were sometimes slow, Lamiya was always friendly, patient, and incredibly proactive—checking in before taking action and keeping me updated at every step!
