This is the perfect app for a small store like ours that gives workshops with limited numbers of spaces available. We can keep track of who is on the waitlist for a specific workshop and then let the waitlist participants know if there is a cancellation they can fill.
The app maker is very responsive to questions, and when we noticed a minor change we would like to suggest, they had it done within a day!

Incredible customer service. I just downloaded the app yesterday and it is super easy to customize and enable.
I was having an issue triggering an email after a customer submits their email address (app doesnt do this. You will need to set up a workflow). The customer service worked hard to figure out a solution. Even recorded a video to walk me through each step of the set up. Very happy with the outcome.

The app is simple and easy to use, and the support team is excellent. I thought the lack of integration with PageFly would be an issue, but they quickly resolved it and mentioned that they will add integration in the future. The app is new, but it works very well and very user-friendly. Chatbox is very responsive and helpful. Love this app especially for no re-direct to app page! I can do everything in my admin portal with no hassel :)
