I recently started using the Mirkal app for my DTC business, and it has been a fantastic addition to our sales channels. The integration process is straightforward, although it does require some technical and Excel skills when importing details from your own store to retailers. I have been using Mirakl for years and it has been a great addition to our business. The customer support is useless for any technical issue with the marketplaces, but except that all good. 4 out 5 just because of their customer support not assisting with anything when we had issues with a marketplace selling our prices at a different prices that indicated.
I understand the criticism below but for basic use of the order and stock synchronization, it's more than enough compared to the competition that costs a lot of money. So we're overall very happy with the Mirakl connection, even though we're waiting for more functionality in the upcoming year.
