Modash has completely streamlined our influencer workflow, allowing us to move from a manual spreadsheet process to a scalable, professional operation. The discovery engine is incredibly powerful for finding specific niche partners, and the data on "fake followers" and audience demographics gives us the confidence we need before making offers. The integrated payment system is also a lifesaver for onboarding creators and keeping our accounting clean. While the platform is seamless for discovery and payments, I do wish it had a built-in contract builder to avoid the manual back-and-forth of emailing PDFs outside the app. Overall, it solves the massive administrative burden of managing relationships and tracking deliverables, making it a must-have for our team.

We’ve only recently started working with Modash, but the support we’ve received has been fantastic! Before Modash, our influencer marketing work was split across too many tools – Excel for collaboration data, Notion for tracking statuses, a separate affiliate platform on Shopify, AI tools for searches, email for manual orders and outreach, and more spreadsheets for calculations. Now, all of that lives in one platform. Honestly, such a relief to have everything in one place.

This year alone, they’ve added so many features we asked for. We’d share feedback with our success manager, and either they’d roll it out surprisingly fast or give us exact deadlines for when it would be live. The team works incredibly well together, and it shows.

For me, the new AI discovery tool is an !absolute! favourite. As a furniture brand, we often look for creators with very specific interior styles, and now we can actually find them easily. We’re already seeing how this tool keeps improving every day. Another big relief for us is being able to reach out to influencers directly through Modash. Even though we maintain a personal approach with influencers, the platform still gives us flexibility and efficiency. We’ve also been able to build a clear funnel within Modash, which has optimised our work by allowing us to follow structured steps for each collaboration.

We love Modash! Tested a lot of platforms before choosing it. They are constantly improving the software to make the experience better, and the team are very responsive and helpful whenever you need them. We use content monitoring heavily, love that it works with all creators without signup and it brings in IG stories too so we never miss content. The discovery is really good with lots of little additional filters that are so helpful!

Modash makes it quick to see the metrics we care about from influencers, and we're also able to check how their content performs. We start every campaign by using Discovery and then add creators to our lists inside the app if they’re a good fit, depending on whether we want to drive sales or build our brand. We’re currently working with 70 contracted influencers and 500 nano influencers by using this workflow on Modash. This year, we’re planning to scale and test our campaigns internationally!

When we ran a seeding campaign last year, over 150 people posted about Lazytan. It was great for building social proof, but keeping track of all that content manually would have taken a lot of work.

Instead, we used Modash's content tracking feature. It automatically pulled everything into one place, so we didn’t have to search for posts ourselves. Now, we have a library of UGC we can reuse whenever we need, which has been really helpful.

We also use Modash to create our discount codes as it's even easier to do it in there than on Shopify or TikTok Shop!

Great platform! Every store gets a customer success partner, and ours has done a lot of influencer marketing which is helpful. The team is super professional and helpful.

The only downside is that the entry level pricing didn't give us the amount of usage we needed to do large gifting / monitoring without upgrading.

Looked at Modash to understand their Gifting functionality and I think it's really great. The fact creators don't need to sign up, and can move through the flow as if they are a regular customer customizing stuff is a huge improvement on manual gifting. Plus no address collection back and forth. Have not tried Affiliate or promo code functionality, but gifting is great.
