unfortunately support is ghosting me and is not answering to any of my tickets. App stopped working and 20% of orders are not discounted.
Ty here one of the founders. Please respond to the emails we have been sending. I can see the team has been trying to help but aren’t getting responses.
Decent app, but picked up that they are duplicating their charges every month. They charge a monthly fee + usage & a monthly fee again. I reached out to their support 2 weeks ago and keep getting a general response that they've passed on the message to the team leader, but still no response. Can you please refund and fix your charges ASAP? Check your charges on your monthly bill!
Hey team 🥰 This is how Shopify system charges with a base charge plus usage separate. This is in-line with our normal pricing listed in FAQs. Really sorry you received a general response message. This should have been communicated day one. Please read the emails I've sent over past weeks. Id love to have the opportunity to make this into a 5 star response.

MonsterCart is a really great app! We've tried a fair few similar apps, but have always come back to MonsterCart as the interface is easy yet powerful to use! The customer service is above & beyond, super helpful.
Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this APP. I contacted multiple times during the few months I had this about the dashboard never working the entire time, so I could never check any data.
I also have just seen I've been charged multiple times for the same period even though its meant to be a monthly fee on the plan I was on and then also after I finally cancelled I have still been charged again yesterday for another month. I can't contact support now that I have uninstalled and shopify said I need to take the charges up with the app.
Hey team .. Just sent an email. We are in the process of migrating stores to V2 of Monster Cart for analytics. Love to get you sorted there as per conversation. I've also written to you about the charges. Unfortunately this is how Shopify charges our usage and prorata. Its tricky to unpack (please see email)

The Team at Monster Cart, especially my new best buddy Charlene, was there to help me create a cart that was tailored for my e-commerce site to increase my Average Order Value. Had an issue with shipprotect checkout and Angelica from the support team handled it with ease. The issue was resolved quickly.
Great app! Support is even better! Very responsive and keep me updated if fix needs more time.
Easy to use, never glitches or never had any problems. Customer service is quick & real humans which is great (Shout out to Angelica for going above & beyond.)
Warning this does NOT work with product variants. It also does not work with subscription products (i.e., excluding subs from upsells)
Their product says "fully compatible with product variants" but that does not mean it's possible to do a product upsell with a specific variant.
Instead it means that it can apply in the same way to all variants of a product.
I dont write reviews very often, but i had to give feedback from what has been a great experience all round with this app. Not only does it give me a lot more sales and easy to use - but the customer service is the best ive ever encountered. I'd recommend this app to anyone.
