I was really eager to install an Live Chat and came across this app. Sam was amazing! She helped me in so many ways. As a Shopify store owner, I haven't seen any other app that focuses on future development like this one. They're offering a fantastic free service while aiming for growth. The app is great and cost-effective, with excellent customer service that is kind, patient, and truly listens to users—I really appreciate that! I received immediate support, which was fantastic. I loved this app: LiveChat, WhatsApp, Ticket Raising, and Order Tracking. And the best part: It's FREE. Yes, you heard it right. It's the best one, which we are exploring now.
Their support is also very quick and get things done very fast. We had a customized live chat option for particular hours and they did it overnight.
