Support is quick, but very unhelpful. This is not a turn on the service and everything works type app. You need to monitor it because if things stop syncing, and your inventory goes out of wack, they are not proactive, and you will have to reach out to them. We have been paying the
$300 a month for a year, and 7 of those months our website has been all kinds of wrong. When I reached out the response was it's not us, it's you. Some reps are awesome to work with, others don't really seem to care.

We used Accumula/Mortar for years to connect our Lightspeed and Shopify systems. We appreciated their ease of use, dependability, and their responsive help desk team.

I am so glad that I am using Mortar which is the app that I use between my POS system and Shopify. They are awesome to deal with. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. And, if you do a chat with them, you can ask for LIVE SUPPORT and they are there making is so much easier that a BOT. And, if needed, the rep will ask to place a telephone call to you as it may be easier for them to talk vs chat in a message. All companies should offer this. As long as their customer service stays the same there will be no reason for me to look for another company. Again, MORTAR is AWESOME!

Excellent technical support once you get the right agent!! System syncing does have issues from time to time, but generally really great connectivity between the apps.

Mortar has save us many, many times! A great app, their support has been critical to the running of our website. Very knowledgable, pleasant to interact with.

Mortar's customer service is terrific. I truly dislike using chat for technical problems but I have to say the reps read, comprehend and ask good questions compared to other companies where I feel like the rep never even read my question. They were able to help me solve the issue and kept the chat open for a few days to make sure the fix worked properly.

The team at Mortar/Accumula are absolutely fantastic. Seriously, they are so attentive, patient and really make sure any problems I'm having are resolved. But majority of the time things are working smoothly.

The integration software itself makes sending data between our Shopify Store and Lightspeed X-Series very smooth. A few hiccups every so often, but the Mortar team are so helpful. Very happy customer :)

Mortar by Accumula is the perfect solution for me having Lightspeed for my retail and Shopify for my Eccom. They also have excellent customer service and response times.

We have been using Mortar for 5 years now. It's nice to know what we only have to update product information in one place (Lightspeed) - It saves us hours. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs the same functionality. Thanks to the Mortar team
