Mortar by Accumula

I used Mortar for several years and only stopped because I switched from Heartland to Shopify POS, and didn't need it anymore. It was reliable, and once set up, ran without incident. I highly recommend it.

Always so helpful, Moratar and Accumula has been so helpful for our business. Everyone that works there are so professional and helpful!!! We needed specific help on a new sales channel and they worked with us for days to make it right. So happy we have them .

Works seamlessly. On the rare occasion we have any issue, customer service is responsive and helpful.

Excellent technical support once you get the right agent!! System syncing does have issues from time to time, but generally really great connectivity between the apps.

This app nearly saved our business! Without this app, our online store would not have been able to so easily integrate with our brick and mortar locations during the pandemic. We require the more robust POS features offered by Lightspeed (as Shopify POS inventory management did not work for us) but Lightspeed's eCommerce solutions did not offer all the features and integrations that Shopify does. Accumula (now Mortar) offers the best of both applications and platforms by nearly seamlessly connecting them. The support team is top-notch. It is refreshing when we reach out to them and they have a deep deep understanding of these apps and software applications--and their quirks and nuances. While not inexpensive, the revenue increase should pay for the app. Highly recommended.
