Mike Dawson was incredibly helpful and personable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—even with the challenges of different time zones. His communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. It's rare to find someone so professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Motive just on the basis of customer service. Couldn't ask for an easier app to work with. We had numerous complaints with our old search app and it was not easy to adjust to the quirks of our (sometimes older) customers. From start to finish Michael and the team at Motive were open and honest about their product and process.
