Great App, but what makes the real difference is the support.. Took no effort to set up the connections and get everything working fine by our selves.. but then a month in we noticed an error on our side... A quick message on the contact/help section and they were looking in to it across all the sites... came back with the reason and solutions to what had happened which was 100% our mistake but at no point made this a big problem, instead worked on how we could fix it. 5 Stars all day long for this! Laura was super helpful from Start to Finish!
We have been using the app for 2 months now and a VERY happy with it. we switched from another app (which was more expensive) and are 100% happy with the results. the syncronization works perfectly and customer support is amazing in helping setting it up. we actually did a mistake when settinng up and Laura from customer support was amazing finding the surce of the problem (which was another app) and helping us fix it! we recommend 100% this app!!!!

Third time with a product sync app. This one super easy to set up, with all aspects of a product from price changes to metafields to template a breeze to sync. Also syncs collections and more. Needed some support from Tipo, who were responsive and helpful throughout. Great app!

Tipo has been the best app I've used in regards to multi-store inventory sync. It's fast, reliable, and easy to use. The UI is really easy to follow for onboarding and took me 10 minutes to set everything up. The support team has been great. Laura has been a great help to escalate the issue that I've raised and get the dev team to resolve as quickly as possible.

CAUTION ADVISED! Whilst all seemed to be fine and smooth with this app, we have discovered that if you manually enter an order (which will automatically occur in your default location) and there is zero inventory in that location, when you change the fulfillment location to one of your warehouses that does have stock, Tipo Sync does NOT recognise that the location change puts the inventory quantity back into the default. The location change normally balances out the quantities and puts the default location back to zero BUT it only sees the original negative so when you balance the quantities out, it performs another correction to remove the original quantity. This only happens when you have a quantity of zero, so you have to manually add the quantities back in to correct this. Not too much of a problem if you don't have stock of that item for a while, but if you receive incoming inventory your stock levels will be less than what you have physically if you don't spot it and perform the manual correction. The developers deny all responsibility even after seeing screenshots; they merely offered us money off!
Great app , I just started using it , but I tried many other apps which were too complicated to use and some were not even able fulfill the need,
Basically I was looking for an app which can connect my original Shopify store to another Shopify store which is showcasing only premium products.
And this app worked beautifully for that .
