I've been using Kickflip for some time and you won't find a better customizer on Shopify.

Take your time and make it what you want. It is worth it. You have a problem Cindy will come through and make sure you are headed in the right direction.

Our company is not able to link up multiple variants with our Shopify Plus store in order to sell multiple designs and sizes within the same listing. Response from Kickflip customer service has been very slow. Our product launch is on hold costing us potential revenue daily. We have no choice but to search for another solution to better fit our customization needs.

I joined kickflip at the right time. I was told I would need an engineer to connect my domain to the plugin. They came back a few days later and manged to seamlessly integrate the customizer to my shopify theme. No other app allows the level of customization with such simplicity. The ability to layer pieces and attach colors makes the options endless as long as you get creative with the logistics ...

I’m genuinely so disappointed, because I really want Kickflip to work for my business—but I’ve run into constant issues that haven’t been resolved. I’ve spent months trying to build out custom product options for bulk custom magnets and stickers, and I continue to receive blank orders through the app—almost daily. These orders come through with no selections made and no charge to the customer.
